Best Music Video: That musical video production made by a professional of Spanish nationality who, in the opinion of the electoral body, has sufficient quality to qualify for the prize and meets the requirements established in point 1. 3.28. Audiovisual Best Musical Production: That long-duration musical audiovisual production made by a professional of Spanish nationality who, in the opinion of the electoral body, has sufficient quality to qualify for the prize and meets the requirements established in point 1. 3.29. Candidate recordings may only be in one of the following categories: 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14 and 3.16, without prejudice to the fact that they are candidates in other categories
3.30. Candidate original compositions may only be candidates in one of the following categories: 3.9 and 3.15, without prejudice to the fact that they are candidates in other categories.
3.31. Authors and performers who died before the eligibility period, and whose works have been previously released, They will not be considered candidates.
3.32. Prizes in categories 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14, 3.18, 3.19, 3.20, 3.21 and 3.22 will be awarded jointly to the authors and artists of the winning recordings.
In the event that the number of winners per professional group (authors and artists) is greater than two, the Executive Commission of the Academy of Music Arts and Sciences, will decide which authors and artists will collect each award, according to criteria of greatest contribution to collective work.
3.33. The authors and artists awarded in the categories 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14, 3.18, 3.19, 3.20, 3.21, and 3.22, They will have the right to request a trophy for each professional group.
3.34. Those categories in which at least three candidates have not been submitted, will be declared deserted.
4. The selection of the winners in the categories described in point 3 will be carried out through two successive votes, as described in point 5 of this regulation.
4.1. The electoral body will be made up of all the associate members of the Academy of Music Arts and Sciences. Also, Those specialists and professionals who will be considered full voters of the electoral body, in the opinion of the Executive Commission of the Academy of Music Arts and Sciences, must be invited to participate in the electoral process.
4.2. A Panel of Specialists appointed by the Executive Commission of the Academy of Music Arts and Sciences, will ensure the suitability of the data sent for the registration of candidates for the 10th Edition of the Music Awards and will guarantee their qualification.
4.3. The votes of the electors will be secret and will be sent to the Notary in charge of the Executive Commission of the Academy of Arts and Sciences of Music.
4.4. An Evaluation Panel, composed of members of the Academy and appointed by the Executive Commission of the Academy of Music Arts and Sciences, You will receive from the Notary the list of the most voted candidates. This panel may resort to an internal voting process among the most voted candidates to designate the finalists.. The result will be submitted for consideration to the Executive Commission of the Academy of Music Arts and Sciences.
5. For the selection of the winners, will proceed through voting carried out in two phases:
FIRST PHASE
The Academy of Music Arts and Sciences will make public, through the address www.academiadelamusica.com, the preliminary list of candidates with the information sent for registration.

The Academy of Music Arts and Sciences will not respond to all notifications that, having been completed, for reasons beyond the control of the Academy itself, have not been received in a timely manner or were against the eligibility rules.
Later, The Academy of Music Arts and Sciences will send the voters the final list of candidates for the 10th Edition of the Music Awards, next to the voting paper. Notwithstanding the above, The Academy of Music Arts and Sciences is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may be contained in the data provided by third parties for the preparation of said list., such as record companies, editorials, associate members of the Academy, etc
In this first phase, Voters will be able to select three finalists for each of the categories submitted to voting considered in point 2. It will not be mandatory to carry out voting in all categories, the voter being able to exercise his right only on one or more of them.
Once the Notary has received the voting ballots in a timely manner, will proceed to count them.
The Notary will deliver to the person authorized by the Executive Commission of the Academy of Arts and Sciences of Music the list of the candidates with the most votes in each of the categories., as well as the votes obtained by each one.
SECOND PHASE
The Executive Commission of the Academy of Music Arts and Sciences will make public the list of the three finalists in each of the categories, throughout the month of February 2006.
Any claim must be notified to the Academy of Arts of Music Sciences, through the email address academia@acamu.com or by certified mail, in a letter conveniently documented and signed by those involved in the claim, within five calendar days from the date of publication of the list of finalists. The Academy, prior acknowledgment of receipt of claims received, is obliged to resolve them within a period of no more than seven days from receipt..
The Academy of Music Arts and Sciences will not be liable for all claims that, having been completed, for reasons beyond the control of the Academy itself, have not been received in a timely manner or were against the eligibility rules.
This list will be ordered alphabetically within each category and will not refer to the number of voters or the number of votes obtained by each finalist..
The voting ballot along with the list of finalists will be sent to the electoral body so that it can proceed to elect a winner for each of the categories submitted to voting considered in point 2 of this Regulation.
The Notary will proceed to count those ballots that have been received in a timely manner..
Next, The Notary will prepare a record of each award, stating in it the name of the winner and the corresponding category.. In no case in the minutes, mention will be made of the number of votes obtained by the winner, as well as that of issued.
The Notary will keep and safeguard the minutes until the moment they are delivered., in sealed envelope, to the person authorized by the Academy of Music Arts and Sciences.
Any claim must be notified to the Academy of Arts of Music Sciences, through the email address academia@acamu.com or by certified mail, within five days from the date on which the list of winners is made public. The Academy, prior acknowledgment of receipt of claims received, is obliged to resolve them within a period of no more than fifteen days from their receipt.
The Academy of Music Arts and Sciences will not be liable for claims whose acknowledgment of receipt has not been notified..
6. Votes cast in a document other than the one designated for this purpose by the Executive Commission of the Academy of Music Arts and Sciences will be considered null..
Votes cast in favor of candidates or works that do not meet the requirements established in these Regulations will also be considered null..
7. If after the count is done, there was a tie between several candidates, the tied
