Via Xataka we get what could be a solution to those defective points on the screen. Applicable to any LCD screen, whether it's your TFT monitor or an iPod screen, this trick seems to really work when the pixels are not actually dead but not working as they should.
As always, Be careful when you do it and remember that you do it at your own risk., and no one assures you that it will work, so don't get angry if the defective pixel is still there after the process or worse still, the problem has developed.
To try to fix it follow these steps:
1. Turn off the computer/gadget.
2. Get a soft cloth that won't damage the screen..
3. Press the cloth on the area of the defective pixels but only in that area. If you widen it you could harm the surrounding points.
4. With the cloth pressing the area, turn on the screen and the computer/gadget.
5. Stop pressing and if everything went well, defective pixels in which the liquid did not diffuse well will have recovered their proper functioning.
