With a full house and praying a “No entries” I would dare to say that Carlos Goñi is in a sweet musical moment. I could notice it tonight, in room la Paloma Barcelona, where Carlos has literally given his all and I'm sure that some kilo or two.
One by one songs started playing and everything was...ohhhh….oysters……one, one, one…in the end…every beginning of every song, It was like a small pleasure. One gift after another, and so, until we reach the encores. It's a shame that my cell phone doesn't have enough quality to have recorded a few minutes of video and let you participate in it..
I have to say that the sound was bad or at least it seemed that way to me.. If this had been good, I would have been in front of a historic concert with a dedicated Carlos and a band and with an even more dedicated audience..
It has been great to see how young people mixed with thirty-somethings and sluts and everyone, as if it were a single voice, we sang all the songs as a duo. And I thought I was the only one who could go to a Revolver concert and sing each and every one of their songs from start to finish.…how deluded….
I have never said so many “you..you,you. you” like tonight, but I couldn't resist. The environment lent itself to it: Oe…oe,oe,oe. What a two and a half hour concert.
hair on end, beating in the heart, illusion, magic….and Carlos singing less than a meter and a half from me….puaffff. Thanks Carlos.
I would like to mention, also, professionalism and good vibes (in my opinion, clear) of the battery and its inexhaustible vitality. What a way to leave your hands…with every blow….
I have never seen a Carlos Goñi so emotional and sincere. Also, one of his last compositions, “Everything I will never be” is a sample of it.
