The new album of Christina Aguilera, that will see the light 15 August, it already has color. As we already told you previously, It will be his third studio album, ‘Back to Basics’, in which she pays tribute to the music that inspired her in her beginnings as a singer.
The album represents an innovative vision of jazz, classic soul and blues of the years 20, 30 and 40. En ‘Back to Basics’, Christina Aguilera returns to work with producer Linda Perry and has new collaborations such as DJ Premier.
The album has references to artists like Billie Holiday, Otis Redding, Etta James or Ella Fitzerald, what the singer used to call “my rolled up music” when I was little.
The album uses orchestra, coro, jazz brass and string quartet, as well as techniques that offer a classic sound.
The new album includes songs like 'Aint no other man', the first single, ‘Save me from myself’, dedicated to her husband, o ‘Thank you’, in which dj Premier introduces fragments of 'Genie in a bottlè along with voice messages from his fans, to whom the song is dedicated.
He also dedicates the songs 'Nasty Naughty Boy' to his followers.’ y ‘Still Dirty’.
Christina Aguilera has sold more than 25 millions of albums worldwide, reaching number one on the top 100 from the American chart.
